Ingredients
Mutton 1/2 kg
cinnamon 2 sticks,
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 4 cups
whole black pepper 4-6
small cardamom 2
Flour 2 tbsp
Potatoes 2 (cut into 8 pieces)
Milk 1 cup
Carrot 2
Butter 2 tbsp
Baby onions 10

Peas 1/2 cup (blanched-boil for 5 minutes with a pinch of salt and pinch of soda bicarbornate and 1/2 tsp sugar.
Cooking Direction- In 4 cups of water boil the mutton adding cinnamon, cardamom and black peppers.
- Once the meat is half boiled add the potatoes, carrots, and baby onions and cover with lid and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- When the vegetables are half cooked add the peas followed by salt, vinegar, soya sauce, black pepper and butter.
- In a bowl separately mix the flour and milk together.
- Slowly add the flour milk mixture to the mutton stirring constantly cooking for another 10 minutes
Serve hot.
