Back to Third wok over high heat and add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add onions, ginger and garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 20 seconds. Add the paprika and black pepper and cook, stirring constantly, run for 2 minutes or until peppers begin to soften.
4th Place shrimp in the wok with black beans, chicken broth and oyster sauce. Stir and stir until the sauce boils and shrimp are heated through 1-2 minutes.
